We are Park & Diamond and our mission is simple: to improve cycling safety and this starts with our ultra-portable helmet that can be rolled up into the shape of a water bottle and looks like a hat. Our innovative helmet can easily fit in the water bottle pocket on a backpack or briefcase, or can be left in the water bottle holder on the bike, meaning that the helmet is always available.
We are transforming conventional helmets that are stigmatized for being ugly to our helmet that is form-fitting and looks like a baseball hat. Our modern helmet seamlessly fits into your active life with an attractive design that you’ll want to wear, so there’s no excuse to not wear your helmet!

We have filed a series of international patents, built strategic partnerships with Red Bull and Ansys, participating in Urban X accelerator program, closed a seed round of funding with BMW/Mini, and have just kicked-off production. As college students last year, we were very fortunate to have the opportunity to compete in 6 pitch competitions and win all of them for a total of $180,000 of non-dilutive funding.
