PAIRIN’s solution was built upon 60 years of research, 17 years of job performance measurement by the founders and was co-designed with partners from public education, industry, foundations and government. The PAIRIN system not only provides a baseline measurement of an individual’s soft skills, but also provides a roadmap for development and targeted curriculum that is personalized to their individual skill gaps.
PAIRIN enables employers to switch to competency-based hiring to lower turnover, increase diversity, remove unconscious bias and provide career opportunities to people with non-traditional backgrounds. Together with our large partner networks, we are creating the first competency-based talent ecosystem.
